Hamilton Slams Alonso
Near the end of a weekend of jibes, Lewis Hamilton has hit back hard at his staunchest critics.
The championship leader, who could wrap up the 2008 title in Shanghai, served up a biting reply to Fernando Alonso, his former McLaren teammate who has vowed to help Felipe Massa to emerge with the spoils.
"He was a double world champion who came to the team and got beaten by a rookie. That says it all," Hamilton, 23, told reporters in China.
"When someone has been winning, then another driver comes in and takes over, then they are not going to be happy about it," he added.
The Briton said he is not upset he is not invited to play cards at grand prix circuits with a band of his competitors, including Alonso and BMW-Sauber's Robert Kubica.
"I don't play poker," he said. "Some drivers get together, I'm here to race."
Hamilton denied he has been drawn in to a round of mind games.
"I don't believe in them. There is no need to, because we can do the job."
He believes the reason for his unpopularity among his fellow drivers is obvious.
"It is because I'm winning," Hamilton said. "When you are a winner, when you are doing well, that is the game."

La verdad es que esté chico está enormemente influenciado y se deja llevar un montón por las burradas que suelta la prensa inglesa. Basta que el otro día un imbécil le preguntase a Kimi, Fernando y Robert en la rueda de prensa si sentían envidia por Lewis porque era la gran estrella para que él ya se lo halla creído todo.
Al igual que no sé a que leches vino el acelerón que metió al final de la carrera de China en la entrada a pits justo cuando pasaba al lado de Alonso.
Y encima dice esto de Alonso luego de que Heikki halla confesado que el equipo le lleva puteando toda la temporada. Se queja de que siempre va mucho más cargado que Lewis en la cali y así es imposible hacer nada ni en cali, ni luego en la carrera, ya que el lugar que ocupes en parrilla hoy en día en la F-1 es fundamental. Luego también se ha quejado de que sus neumáticos no tenían grip en su segunda vuelta lanzada de la Q3 de China luego de marcar el mejor tiempo, y que considera que hizo una vuelta perfecta pero sin embargo el tiempo fue nefasto (algo parecido a lo de Fernando el año pasado también en la cali de China con las presiones), y por último se queja del error infantil de su equipo en el que en el primer stint de la carrera de China le pusieron los neumáticos del revés. Además critica a Lewis por ser tan agresivo y que al final acabarán metiéndosela entre los 2 (esto más que nada lo dice por la salida de Fuji en la que Lewis le metió el monopalza a Heikki y casi se tocan).

"Lewis is an aggressive and an uncompromising driver, whose reactions can be fierce. And at times they have been excessive," says Kovalainen.
"I've had to dodge his moves myself a couple of times, and I've made it clear to him that I won't be doing that indefinitely. If nothing changes, we're bound to have a collision between us at some point."
For next season, Kovalainen is also calling out for a different attitude towards him from his team.
"It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that, barring one instance (British GP), I've had a heavier fuel load than Lewis in qualifying."
"If you want to have a shot at the championship, you have to qualify in the front row. Even after a good qualifying performance, I'm starting in 4th, 5th or 6th. That doesn't help your race at all."
Que al final voy a tener que reconsiderar mi opinión sobre Heikki y mis críticas hacia él. Al final parece ser que no teníamos un lastre en el equipo, era el propio equipo quien le ponía un lastre al piloto.
Y ya el colofón es el impresentable de Dennis diciendo que se la pela un doblete de Ferrari en Brasil y por consiguiente el campeonato de constructores.
La verdad que ya estoy un poco hasta los webos de los tíos que dirigen Mclaren. Me dan ganas de potar, y eso que creía que más asco que el año pasado ya no me podían dar, pero se superan.
